No more going to Otherlands or The Hub. I found a gem out in Lakeland, TN. ***I will do an update *** So I have come here repeatedly, the staff are very amazing and wonderful, the only downside is is the cost, yes I’m very much aware of the price i spend here, but it’s just now hitting. So for a sandwich and coffee it’s a little over 20 and plus a 4 tip it comes out to a little under 30. When I go to Otherlands, it’s about 1/2 that. This place is cleaner, but have also noticed that both places come with the nagging fruit flies trying to make camp on your food, arms and face. The joys of having and selling fresh food. To close again— staff are top notch. The owner or hiring manager did an amazing job and to the staff you’re all commended. I would hire all of you to teach a seminar on costumer service and how to construct engaging conversations and making guest feel welcomed.

Such a cute cafe. Off the beaten path and totally worth it. We were driving through Memphis on I-40 and a quick search for cafes led us here. Clean, comfortable and welcoming, the staff is friendly, the lattes and pastries lovely and the sandwiches savory. Try the veggie with hummus!

Great food and service! Their sandwiches are on POINT! Whoever’s back in the kitchen knows wtf they’re doing, and you can tell everything is fresh. Also their espresso is just perfect. Shop was very clean and had a great atmosphere, with extremely quick service thanks to the staff that seemed to be on top of their game. As a person that has been in food service for most of my life, I could tell by the way they move and communicate. Also, Unlike most cafes — Nobody seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Highly recommended!

This place is a treasure. It’s rare to find a coffee shop that has good coffee AND a *W*I*D*E* variety of good food for any time of day. The space is open, airy, and welcoming. The staff are always extremely friendly. And I love being able to sit down at a table that resembles the classic in my grandmother’s dining room and discover a game of Shut the Box to play while waiting (the very short minutes) for my food. They have local handmade goods and artwork for sale. And, like I said, so many great food options to choose from. I’ve spent entire afternoons here writing and brainstorming when we travel to this area. I’m often surprised when the customer flow is slow, but I think it’s because people just don’t know that this gem is tucked between Lakeland, Bartlett, and Arlington. There’s a classy nail salon across the way, a liquor store, and other nice spots in the same complex, so make Carrington Oaks one of your stops next time you’re out this way. You won’t regret it!

The people were lovely and the muffin was dairy free Coffee prices are comparable to other coffee houses. Lots of other hot food that I haven’t tried yet.
